These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, products, and features made available by u5bets ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") through the website located at https://u5bets.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces. The Platform is operated by u5bets and is licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise using any service provided by u5bets, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and u5bets.

These Terms apply universally to all players accessing the Platform, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Ipoh, Malacca, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and all other locations. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you are not authorised to use the u5bets Platform and must immediately cease all access and use. If you have an existing account, you may request its closure by contacting our support team.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the u5bets Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions are made regardless of jurisdiction. u5bets is committed to preventing underage gambling and will take immediate action against any Account found to be in breach of this requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any legal disability or restriction that prevents you from entering into agreements.
3. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is not permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation.
4. One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all affected Accounts.
5. Not Currently Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order (whether self-imposed via our Platform or imposed by any gaming regulatory authority) or any Platform-imposed exclusion or suspension.
6. Own Funds Only: All funds deposited to your Account must belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor use payment methods that do not belong to you.
7. No Employee Conflict: You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any person employed by u5bets or its affiliated companies.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update it promptly if any details change.

Upon successful registration, u5bets will create a single Account in your name. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — we strongly recommend this.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Immediately notify u5bets support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

u5bets reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including re-verification of documents previously submitted. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension pending verification.

u5bets supports a range of Malaysian-focused payment methods to ensure fast, secure, and convenient Account funding. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency options.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits to your u5bets Account:

• DuitNow QR & DuitNow Transfer — Instant processing

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit is generallyMYR 30 for e-wallets and MYR 100 for bank transfers.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• u5bets does not charge deposit fees; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees outside our control.
• u5bets reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership before processing deposits or withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to your Account, or to a verified payment method in your name.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• u5bets targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on our Platform. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider and banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable limits are published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change.
• Where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, Real Money Funds may still be withdrawn; however, unmet bonus funds will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• u5bets reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

u5bets offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, their initial deposit.
• u5bets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, except where such modification would materially prejudice players who have already activated the relevant bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless the specific terms of the relevant promotion state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any player found to be participating in organised bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or the systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have all associated bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement, which is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using only eligible games as defined in the specific bonus terms. Certain game categories (for example, live dealer games or sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately. Real Money Funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• u5bets reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable to players with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding these limits placed while Bonus Funds are active may be voided.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winings that are not converted within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

All betting and gaming activity on the u5bets Platform is subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. u5bets does not permit the cancellation or modification of bets after they have been accepted by the Platform, except in circumstances where the Platform's rules or applicable regulations require it.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted by u5bets at any time.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond the control of the parties, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• In the case of an obvious error in pricing or odds — whether caused by human error, system malfunction, or feed error — u5bets reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. u5bets will not honour winings derived from obvious pricing errors.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All RNG-based casino games are supplied by certified studios whose random number generators are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are subject to studio rules in addition to these Terms. Camera malfunctions, disconnections, or stream interruptions during live games will be handled in accordance with the relevant studio's published malfunction policy.
• In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the affected round may be voided and all stakes refunded. u5bets will not pay out winnings attributable to malfunction.

7.3 Sports Betting

• Sports betting markets are available on selected sports including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and others), UFC MMA, basketball, tennis, and more.
• All sports bets are placed on an in-play or pre-match basis as indicated by the Platform. u5bets reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time.
• Accumulator bets are subject to each selection within the accumulator meeting its individual settlement criteria. If any selection within an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections are treated as a separate accumulator at reduced odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u5bets Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including Real Money Funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, deliberate loss-fixing, or soft-play arrangements.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms through the use of multiple Accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated activity designed to generate artificial bonus profits.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets specifically to exploit discrepancies between odds offered by the Platform and other markets, with the intent of generating guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players without prior written approval from u5bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial structuring, or circumvention of AML controls.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment methods, or providing fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Hacking & Platform Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, systems, software, or databases.
• Unauthorised Communications: Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or phishing materials to other Platform users.

u5bets employs advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, u5bets reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the u5bets brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, user interface, databases, game presentations, and promotional materials — are owned exclusively by u5bets or are licensed to u5bets by third-party rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest intellectual property belonging to u5bets or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or intellectual property belonging to u5bets without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of u5bets intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u5bets and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

10.1 Platform Availability

u5bets makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, payment provider outages, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. u5bets shall have no liability for losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.

10.2 Gambling Losses

All gambling outcomes on the u5bets Platform are subject to chance and the inherent mathematical edge associated with each game type. u5bets accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through lawful gambling activity on the Platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that they may lose all funds deposited.

10.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and data providers. u5bets accepts no liability for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Any issues with payment processing by Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, or cryptocurrency networks are governed by the respective third party's terms and are outside u5bets' control.

u5bets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, collusion, fraud, or money laundering;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request;
• Death of the Account holder (in which case the estate may contact support to request balance release subject to verification);
• Account inactivity in accordance with our published inactivity policy.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the Player, u5bets reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraudulent conduct has been established, any Real Money Funds that were obtained or inflated through that fraudulent conduct. Real Money Funds that are not subject to fraud will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements, pending transactions, or obligations that arose prior to closure.

u5bets is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gambling obligations form part of these Terms and are enforceable conditions of Platform access.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 and above only. No exceptions are made.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through their Account settings. Once a deposit limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders and hard session cut-off limits. Hard limits are enforced by the Platform upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may apply a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, up to 5 years) or permanent exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications remind players of session duration and cumulative wagering activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u5bets holds its gaming licence, as specified in our licensing documentation.

13.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the u5bets Platform or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

13.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints process, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority that issued our operating licence. 13.3 No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by law, all disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against u5bets.

u5bets reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered Players through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform website, an email notification to your registered email address, or an in-Account notification.

Material changes — meaning changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — will be notified with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, unless regulatory requirements or urgent security considerations necessitate immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
